Oh, Hello There!

We are FeelGood Vibes and our mission is to make accessible, affordable, and sustainable healthy lifestyles.


I’m Nana and I believe everyone has their journey about something in their life. Here, I’m going to share with you my journey with FeelGood Vibes. We need to know each other better and everyone is welcome here.

I found FeelGood Vibes at the end of 2019 when I was making the transition to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a hobby, I started posting recipes and wrote tips and tricks to maintain a healthy lifestyle on my personal Instagram.


At first, I didn’t share them with anyone besides my closest friends and family. But people started asking the secret to maintain a healthy lifestyle and encourage me to share them on social media like YouTube or TikTok. However, because I’m a shy person, I’m always getting anxious even before taking the video 😊


So, I tried to create a platform I mostly feel comfortable with, which is a blog in 2020; FeelGood Vibes. Here, I want to give you a home space to grow. I also want to help you sustain your well-being and healthy lifestyle through insightful guidance in a fun-loving way. We are here as a family and we grow and learn together. I hope this platform will embrace every single individual who wants to grow as a community. Our philosophy is: “When We Feel Grateful, What Do We Do? We Share” and always have the spirit of giving to others in any kind of form.


Through FeelGood Vibes, I want to take my hobby of sharing recipes and writing articles about healthy lifestyles more seriously. I posted my first article in November 2020. After five months, one of my friends came to me and she told me that she was interested in collaborating with FeelGood Vibes. Now, we have become a team of three, ready to share ideas on how to maintain healthy living with you!


Our aim is simple: to share the resources to live a healthier, vibrant, and mindful life in a fun, accessible, and affordable way. I hope you enjoy our articles, recipes, videos, and daily reminders on our Instagram account. We are so excited you’re here with us! Welcome to the family!

A couple of years ago, I had been facing the same problem that probably most women have. My weight went up and so did my pant size. After a full meal, I always had to unfasten my jeans button just so my stomach could breathe. In addition, my back pain was out of control and I was easily stressed out over little things. Those problems worsened to the point that I barely could have a nice sleep every night. I was unable to sleep well until I take a painkiller to relieve the pain. But, this method won’t solve the issues if you overdo it and depend on the painkiller too much.


I nearly gave up losing weight because I believed my overweight was the root cause of every pain in my body. Despite my effort of trying multiple diet tips, I always ended up failing. Eventually, I became so pessimistic to have the ideal body that I always wanted.


I tried to figure out why the diet tips did not work out the way I expected them to. Was it me or was it the diet tips problem? I kept on making mistakes, my body was not at its best, and I didn’t know how to change it.


Long story short, the pandemic began to escalate in early 2020, which meant we have a lot of time contemplating and improving ourselves. Through what happening in the world, our struggle in trying time, I understand that health was, and still is a most fundamental thing to maintain. Hence, at one point in my life, I came to a realization that hit me hard.


I thought the best thing for myself and my body is to be skinny, like every girl’s dream. Turned out, it’s a Big No as it is neither what myself and my body need. What I need is to discover a connection between mind and body, to find a balance between physical health and well-being. At this moment, I change my mindset and see my diet from a different perspective; I realized that I need to maintain a healthier self and more than just being slim and skinny.


Through my experience of two years maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I have received countless benefits for myself and my body. In addition, to losing weight, my back pain is also gradually disappearing and I don’t need to take any painkiller to have a nice sleep. Many body pains that I endured have gone now. Also, my pants fit now and I don’t need to buy new bigger pants 😊


I couldn’t be much happier with the changes and I can handle stress much better now. More than improving my physical health, the change also amazes where now I can perform weightlifting, which I thought I never could. It feels awesome when you devote so much time and energy to improve your health and your body unleashes its potential.


The benefits are promising, but the process is another thing to discuss. The process is more than just me or you consuming low-calorie food.


A healthy lifestyle is not limited to a single food choice. But first thing first, it’s about You, it’s about Me, and it’s about Us. It’s about why we should invest in our health. It’s about feeling happy and good about our body and be completely ourselves while doing it. It’s about the journey to mindful self-love. Who I am now and what I earn from maintaining healthy habits prove that my commitment and determination have come to fruition.


At first, I always felt reluctant to start having a healthier lifestyle because it would cost a large sum of money for gym and food. However, the pandemic has given me a lesson that everything can be done at home including exercise, which is called an at-home workout. In addition, maintaining a healthy lifestyle has helped me to be more mindful of what I eat and it doesn’t need to be expensive. I love every homemade food since I believe it is healthy. These two aspects changed my view and now I can say that a healthy lifestyle is affordable, in fact, it’s cheap.


Now, I want to share my knowledge and experience with you who may have the same worriedness about healthy living as me before.


I want us to discuss and learn about it together. I want to change the presumption saying that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is expensive and based on my experience, it is NOT! It depends on how we see and how we do it. And it has motivated me to create FeelGood Vibes Project.
